Referring to a buyer/tenant or indicating the opportunity to prospective
buyers/tenants; consenting to act and be paid by my counterparty your
principal, promising in the event of the sale/lease of any property owned by me
to
any customer of your Company at the above addresses in general, to pay you in
full,
either I or the contracting party whom I am obliged to inform about the drawing
up of this order, the above agreed fee plus VAT, with the drawing up of the
relevant contract based on it of article 703 of the Civil Code. I undertake to
inform you of the drawing up of the main contract at least one day before its
preparation, based on the current Legislation (N.4072/12). In the term market
or lease or reconstruction for consideration includes any type of transaction
on the above real estate. In the event that the sale/rental is not carried out
for any reason with the customer of your Company, I will have no obligation to
pay a fee or other costs of promotion and
advertising. I still reserve the right to trade the property(s) with anyone
else
buyer/tenant. I consider the above remuneration to be reasonable, fair,
appropriate and proportionate of services provided by your company RESPIRA
Property Solutions and I am not obliged to pay remuneration in the event of
non-contracting. Further I expressly consent to the collection, processing and
storage for a period of 10 years and then to the deletion of my above personal
data data as well as the details of the property(s). The above data processing
has for the sole purpose of finding interested buyers/tenants/contractors and
signing of the main contract and does not concern any other processing purpose.
